Exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced and proactive Bid Coordinator to join a leading, multi-sector construction consultancy. This role will see you working closely with the Bid Manager and the Head of Business Development as part of the New Business Team. You will be responsible for managing the full bid process for a range of high-profile projects, ensuring that submissions are delivered on time and to the firm’s exceptional standards.
As a vital member of the team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating bids, managing documentation, and liaising with internal teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals. Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the full bid process, from compiling pre-qualification (SQ) responses to assembling bid content from previous submissions and bid libraries.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure bid responses align with the firm’s standards and branding guidelines.
- Chair bid kick-off meetings, coordinate follow-up review meetings, and liaise with internal teams to guarantee the best possible submissions.
- Collaborate with sub-consultants to gather essential information and ensure compliance with all bid requirements.
- Manage tender portals by downloading bid documents, distributing responses, and raising queries when necessary.
- Maintain and update the bid tracker database, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of bid management processes and systems.
