Job Description
This leading team, specialising in high-end luxury retail fitouts, is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join their London studio on a permanent, full-time basis.
As the central link across clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues, you’ll ensure critical project information is captured, shared, and actioned. From managing the Building Control process and consultant onboarding, to tracking budgets and coordinating procurement, your role will be key to smooth and timely delivery.
With exposure to prestigious global brands and complex retail projects, you’ll gain invaluable technical experience while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Clear scope for progression is on offer as the practice continues to grow.
What we’re looking for:
– Strong experience in retail fit-outs (other fit-out or construction backgrounds also welcomed)
– Understanding of the RIBA stages (0–7)
– Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project or Smartsheet)
– Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail
– Confident communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
– A proactive, problem-solving approach with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
Desired experience:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in project coordination or administration within architecture, construction, or interior design
– Familiarity with the UK construction market
– Experience supporting project managers with planning, procurement, compliance, and CAPEX management
– Background working on luxury retail projects is highly desirable
