An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Bids Coordinator to join a forward-thinking and design-led architecture practice. This role is ideal for someone early in their bids career who is passionate about architecture and looking to grow within a creative, collaborative environment. You will support the team in producing high-quality, well-crafted bids and submissions that reflect the studio’s unique design ethos and portfolio.
The right candidate will have at least 1 year of bids coordination experience within an architecture practice, will be familiar with the structure and requirements of architectural submissions. Come with proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong written communication and editorial skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be highly organised, deadline-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a creative team.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bid and tender documents.
- Support the bids team in gathering project information, imagery, and CVs.
- Ensure all bid materials align with the studio’s tone and visual identity.
