This is a dynamic role for an experienced junior Bids and Communications professional with a background in architecture. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the procurement process and the creation of innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically stunning projects. The successful candidate will join an esteemed practice where sustainability is central to its values, working within a collaborative, mid-sized team.
In this role, you will assist with the entire bid process and related activities, including tracking potential opportunities, making you an integral part of securing exciting new projects for a thriving and ambitious practice. Your expertise in crafting and curating compelling proposals, combined with your meticulous attention to detail and team-oriented approach, will be essential.
To be eligible, candidates must have prior experience in bids/communications within the architecture sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is essential. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, architects, and the communications/marketing team, gathering information and producing persuasive external documents.
Additional responsibilities will include:
