We are seeking a talented Senior Architect with strong housing experience to join a vibrant London studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, design-led architect who is passionate about high-quality residential architecture and is looking to play a key role in shaping and delivering thoughtful, well-crafted master plans.

As Senior Architect with excellent Revit experience, you will take responsibility for the design development and delivery of housing-led projects across multiple stages. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams, balancing design ambition with technical rigour.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading housing projects from concept through to delivery (ideally RIBA Stages 1-3 plus)
  • Producing and overseeing high-quality design
  • Coordinating consultant teams and engaging with planning authorities
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high design standard

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with previous master planning projects, have strong communication skills to liaise with clients/stakeholders and also be very confident using Revit.
