An award-winning architecture practice is seeking a sociable and experienced New Business, Business Development, and Marketing Manager to join their Clerkenwell office. You will work closely with senior leadership to take ownership of identification, development and conversion of new business opportunities, playing a pivotal role in the continued growth of the practice.
The position involves leading business development and marketing activities across the practice, working closely with the Communications Manager to further develop the practice’s MarComms strategy and ensure a cohesive and impactful brand image. You will be responsible for generating new leads and creating and maintaining client relationships, working closely with the Bid Manager on bid strategy, as well as supporting the conversion of opportunities into work.
This role includes client-facing work, including attending industry events and social networking, representing the practice and ensuring a strong market presence both in the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with proven experience leading business development initiatives within the architecture or urban design space.
