We are seeking a talented and experienced Part III Architect to join a well-established design and build practice delivering high-end residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who enjoys seeing projects through from technical design to completion and who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

As the ideal candidate you will have strong Stage 4 onwards experience, with a proven track record of producing detailed technical packages, coordinating consultants, and supporting projects through construction on site. Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential, and candidates should be confident working independently while contributing effectively as part of a close-knit team. Due to current project deadlines, immediate availability or able to start at short notice will be advantageous. Experience within the residential sector is highly desirable.
