The Stage Manager is responsible for the seamless execution of live performances, DJ sets, and special events within the nightclub. This role ensures that all stage elements are prepared, coordinated, and operated efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and show quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all stage activities during nightly events and performances.
- Supervise load-in/load-out of equipment, lighting, props, and stage setups.
- Act as the primary point of contact between performers, DJs, technical staff, and venue management.
- Oversee rehearsals and soundchecks as needed.
- Ensure all technical equipment (lighting, audio, video) is properly tested and operational.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with security, bar staff, and other departments.
- Manage stage crew and assign duties during events.
