Job Description

P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Payroll Administrator, on a part-time permanent basis, to work 3 full days – 24 hours. My client is offering flexible hours to suit the requirements of the candidate.

The main duties:

  • Process a weekly and monthly payroll
  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Process SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Deal with payroll queries
  • RTI submission
  • Auto-enrolment

The main requirements:

  • End to end payroll experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel and payroll software
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
