P&L Recruitment are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding organisation based in South Lanarkshire to recruit a part-time permanent Customer Service Advisor. The part-time hours will be to work 3 days - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until 1pm. The main duties: Serves as liaison between customer and various departments. Work closely with sales teams and other departments Provide pricing and delivery information. Process orders and receive payment from customer. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints Dealing with customer complaints, delivering resolutions and achieving customer satisfaction The main requirements: Previous customer service experience Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel) Experience of Sage would be an advantage Excellent communication skills Strong team player Self-motivated The salary is 28K pro rata.
