P&L Recruitment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding organisation based in South Lanarkshire to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst on a full-time permanent basis. This role will play a vital part in managing the commercial finance operations of the business — ensuring accurate financial processes, effective franchise partner billing and delivering meaningful analytical insight to support decision-making and profitable growth.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting trends in performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, providing variance analysis on sales and royalty income against budget and forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records relating to franchise revenues.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical work to support business decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Support the wider finance function during audits and assist with the preparation of financial documentation as required.
Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent), or relevant experience in a finance role. Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems. Experience of BI systems and dashboards is preferred.
