Job Description
P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Bellshill, to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an interesting and varied role to join a team of 5. The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder with strong numerical skills and there will be an opportunity to be trained in payroll.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales ledger duties
- Invoice processing
- Nominal cash book
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card matching
- Weekly payroll
- Processing new starters & leavers
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Using Sage 200
Requirements:
- Some finance experience (will train up in payroll)
- High levels of attention to detail, fast paced environment
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Numerical with good problem-solving skills
- Commitment to the role
