Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth by expanding adoption of our device, strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading strategic commercial activities across an assigned territory.

- What You’ll Do
- Drive territory sales performance and achieve growth targets.
- Execute local strategies to expand adoption.
- Lead tender, bid, and contracting processes to secure new business.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop new accounts while growing existing customer partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and deliver educational programs and KOL-led events.
- Create and execute territory business plans using CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
- Manage administrative responsibilities with a structured, proactive approach.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-border projects from planning through execution.
This role includes travel within the assigned territory and may require occasional weekend work to support customer needs. No direct supervisory responsibilities are required.
- What You’ll Need
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a (para)medical field.
- 3–5 years of successful commercial or marketing experience within healthcare, ideally in the medical device sector.
- Proven success managing complex sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and tender process.
- Strong planning, time management, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a matrix and virtual organization.
