The important work you will be doing:

  • Coordinate training programmes across all levels and manage logistics with external providers
  • Maintain accurate training, qualification, and certification records
  • Monitor trainee progress, exam results, and compliance with professional qualifications
  • Support performance review processes, including trainee reviews, feedback alignment, and assisting with career development and pathways
  • Assist in delivering and improving learning and development initiatives
  • Manage training calendars, onboarding/offboarding requirements, and compliance training
  • Produce reports on training activity, participation, and outcomes
  • Support promotion processes and progression activities
  • Assist with early careers recruitment, including events and outreach programmes
  • Provide general support across L&D, recruitment, and wider HR initiatives

Your skills and qualities:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Willingness to travel between offices as required
  • Previous experience in Learning & Development is essential
  • Previous experience delivering training would be advantageous, but not essential
