This is a key senior hire for the firm, offering the opportunity to play a central role in developing and growing our insolvency and restructuring offering across the Midlands. You'll be supported by an established team, strong referral network, and the backing of a firm committed to long-term investment and growth.
About the Role
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Insolvency Practitioner to join our Business Recovery & Restructuring team at Director or Partner level. You will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of a growing practice, supported by a respected regional brand, established referral networks and a collaborative leadership team. You will be responsible for leading a broad portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency appointments while providing strategic advice to businesses, lenders and stakeholders. Alongside delivering exceptional client service, you will play an important role in developing the team, strengthening relationships across the market, and driving future growth opportunities. This role combines technical expertise with commercial leadership, offering a balance of client delivery, team development and business development.
The Skills and Experience You Will Bring
- JIEB qualified and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
- Proven experience in a senior insolvency and restructuring role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency, restructuring and recovery assignments
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and appointments
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring teams
- Commercially minded with a passion for business development and relationship building
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Suitable for an experienced Director or an existing Partner
