Introduction to the Division
The Tax division offers VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Personal Tax, Global Mobility and Employment Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The team regularly engages in advisory work across sectors involving demergers, restructuring, acquisitions and disposals.

- Assisting with Tax Compliance Tasks
- Conducting Technical Research
- Drafting Client Communications
- Data Gathering and Analysis
- Attending Training and Studying for ATT/CTA Exams
- Collaborating with Team Members
You’ll be supported in studying towards your ATT-CTA qualifications, gaining hands‑on experience with real clients from day one. Whether you’re helping multinational corporations navigate complex tax structures, advising high net worth individuals, or working with globally mobile employees, you’ll be part of a team that simplifies complexity and delivers practical solutions.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a 2.2 degree attained or expected
- Minimum of 112 UCAS points (2017 tariff), from three A Levels, A-C (excluding general studies), or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 9 – 4 or A* – C (including Maths and English Language), or equivalent
