PKF Littlejohn Advisory Limited Is a Specialist Restructuring, Advisory And Insolvency Practice And Part Of The PKF Network With Offices In Leeds, London And Manchester. We Provide Advice And Solutions To a Wide Variety Of Stakeholder Groups Across a Broad Range Of Industry Sectors. Our Professionals Include
- A core restructuring team dealing mainly with administrations and liquidations. We have a strong track record in successfully rescuing, restructuring and selling businesses in all sectors.
- A dedicated investigation and forensic team which deals with insolvency cases where fraud or misconduct has occurred.
- A financial services team with extensive experience in dealing with distressed regulated businesses including Credit Unions, EMIs, SIPP administrators and more.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a sound understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Administer a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
- Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
- Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation and best practices.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in restructuring, advisory or insolvency.
- Good basic knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IPS case and diary management
- Organised and motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
