As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging recruitment experience across our Early Careers campaigns. From attraction and assessment through to offers and onboarding, you’ll help ensure every stage of the candidate journey runs smoothly and professionally. You’ll work closely with candidates, colleagues and external partners to coordinate recruitment campaigns, organise assessment centres and interviews, and support outreach activity across schools, colleges and universities. Alongside this, you’ll help raise awareness of our opportunities, strengthen our early talent pipeline, and contribute to a positive and inclusive candidate experience that reflects our brand. This is a varied role where you’ll manage multiple priorities while supporting a range of activities across the recruitment cycle. What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Work closely with our external testing provider to deliver a best‑in‑class, technology‑driven candidate screening process.
  • Coordinate assessment centre and interview logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional and engaging communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Deliver a consistently high‑quality candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.
  • Support attraction and outreach activity, including coordinating school, college and university career fairs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment activity on track and aligned with hiring timelines.
  • Coordinate offers and support candidates through to acceptance and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting and recruitment administration.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong relationship builder with candidates and external partners.
  • Proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to education partners as part of building relationships and delivering outreach activity.
  • Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle insured for business use.
