What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Coordinate and deliver regional events, seminars and agricultural shows, including logistics, bookings, invitations, guest lists, set‑up and on‑the‑day support.
  • Manage post‑event follow‑up and ensure a smooth experience for attendees and internal teams.
  • Support the production of newsletters, client updates, blogs and simple campaign content for the agriculture team.
  • Assist with preparing materials for sector initiatives and agricultural shows.
  • Maintain and update relevant web pages and assist with social media content scheduling.
  • Format, proof and prepare marketing materials, presentations and internal communications.
  • Maintain CRM data, support list management and help ensure brand consistency across activity.
  • Provide light BD support including simple proposals, document formatting, meeting admin, agendas and straightforward research.

About you:

  • Strong organiser who enjoys delivering events and managing details.
  • Interest in the agriculture sector (experience helpful but not essential).
  • Confident communicator and supportive team player.
  • Good writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
  • Full driving licence ideal for event attendance.
