This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radan Programmer / Estimator based in Stoke-on-Trent. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and modifying CNC programs using RADAN software
- Preparing cost estimates for sheet metal projects
- Collaborating with the production and sales teams to deliver accurate and timely job specifications
- Optimizing material usage
- Ensuring compliance with technical drawings
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in Programming Punch & Laser Machines
- Experience of CAD/CAM programming, ideally with Radan Software
- Required to produce 3D component-part models from customer drawings using the latest Radan/Spaceclaim Software
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and RADAN software is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and provide accurate cost estimations
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
- A background in engineering or manufacturing is advantageous
- A relevant degree, diploma, or certifications in programming
