The Role: You will be predominantly responsible for carrying out handovers of customer vehicles and courtesy vehicles, both onsite and at customers’ home addresses. Your duties include detailed damage-check reports, gathering relevant information for each job, and spotting any potential upsell opportunities. Occasionally you may also be required to carry out additional tasks for the wider PK team, such as cleaning vehicles pre- and post-repairs, preparing courtesy vehicles for customers, and assisting with general housekeeping tasks.

Ideal Candidate: You should be a well-presented, confident individual who enjoys delivering excellent customer service. Industry experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided. Previous customer-service experience would be an advantage. You must work well as part of a team, be proactive on your own, and be computer literate; daily tasks involve using an Android tablet and Windows software. You must be over 25 years old, hold a full UK driving licence with no infringements, and be willing to undergo a DBS check prior to employment.
