Inclusion Support Worker – KS2/KS3 Wakefield 8:15am – 3:00pm £89–£108 per day PK Education are recruiting for an Inclusion Support Worker to work within a KS2 and KS3 provision in Wakefield. We’re looking for someone who can build positive relationships with young people who may need additional support to engage with education, regulate their emotions and behaviour, and successfully access learning. The role will involve: • Supporting pupils across Key Stages 2 and 3 • Providing 1:1 and small-group support • Helping pupils engage positively with learning and school routines • Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation • Building consistent, professional relationships with pupils • Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in SEMH, behaviour support, alternative provision, SEND, youth work, mentoring or pastoral support. You’ll need to be calm, resilient and confident supporting young people who may present challenging behaviour, with the ability to build rapport while maintaining clear and consistent boundaries.
