PK Education are recruiting Transition Support Teaching Assistants to support pupils moving into new education settings for September 2026. Many pupils transitioning into Year 6, Year 7 and specialist provisions require additional support with:
- Anxiety
- Emotional regulation
- Social interaction
- Routine changes
- Communication
- Behaviour support
This role focuses on helping pupils settle positively into their new learning environments through structured and consistent support. The ideal candidate will be calm, adaptable and passionate about helping pupils build confidence within education settings. Experience within SEND, care, mentoring or support work is highly beneficial.
