Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the Design Technology curriculum (e.g., Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, or Graphics).
- Plan, prepare and assess high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
- Maintain a safe and well-organised workshop environment, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and resource development.
- Support the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities or projects when required.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's positive behaviour policy.
