Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND needs.
- Assist learners with Autism, ADHD, PMLD, and challenging behaviour.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with SEND students (Autism, ADHD, PMLD, challenging behaviour).
- Experience providing 1:1 support.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and proactive.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references.
