Requirements

  • Previous experience working with SEND students (Autism, ADHD, PMLD, challenging behaviour).
  • Experience providing 1:1 support.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Two professional references.
