Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a welcoming and inclusive SEN Secondary School in Dudley.

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support both in and out of the classroom.
• Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
• Assist with differentiated learning activities and promote independence and engagement.

What We re Looking For

• Experience supporting young people with SEND in a school or similar setting (essential).
• A patient, caring, and resilient nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
