PK Education are recruiting SEMH Behaviour Mentors to support students requiring additional emotional and behavioural support within SEND and alternative provisions. This role is suited to strong relationship builders who can remain calm, resilient and consistent when supporting young people with:
- SEMH
- Trauma backgrounds
- Challenging behaviour
- Anxiety
- Emotional dysregulation
- School avoidance
You will play a key role in helping pupils access education positively through trust, structure and emotional support.
Experience within:
- PRUs
- Alternative provisions
- Youth work
- Sports coaching
- Residential care
- School behaviour units
is highly desirable.
Competitive rates of pay from between £100 - £120 per day (AWR Compliant) - Rates dependent on experience, qualifications and client pay structure.
