Are you a creative and passionate Art Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of young artists? PK Education are working with a vibrant secondary school in Birmingham seeking an enthusiastic and talented Art specialist to join their department immediately.
The school prides itself on fostering a culture of creativity and self-expression, encouraging students to explore a wide range of artistic techniques and media. You ll have the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop both their technical skills and confidence in visual communication.
The role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Plan, prepare and assess students work effectively
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking and individual expression
- Support the department with displays, exhibitions, and enrichment projects
The ideal candidate will
- Hold QTS or QTLS (ECTs are also welcome to apply)
- Be passionate about art, design and creative education
- Have experience teaching Art at KS3 & KS4
- Be available to start immediately and committed to high standards
