Primary SEN Teaching Assistant required in Coventry, starting ASAP! Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion to encourage progression in your pupils? This exciting vacancy is the perfect opportunity if you are looking for more flexibility and a placement in a good school in Coventry!
Responsibilities:
- You will be required to support students with various degrees of SEN difficulties, in particular Autism.
- You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behaviour.
Qualifications:
- SEN Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.
- The relevant qualifications to work in a teaching environment with SEN students.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
- Previous experience providing support and assistance to SEN students with strong classroom management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive rates of pay from between Β£97 to Β£115 per day (AWR Compliant).
