We are currently looking for a Cover Supervisor/HLTA specialising in Physical Education to work temporary full time at a pupil referral unit in the Leeds area. This role is to start after May half term up until the end of the academic year with a view of continuing in September. Job Spec & Description:
- Hold a degree in Sports, Coaching or HLTA status.
- Experience delivering sports lessons to KS3 Learners.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Deliver engaging and enthusiastic activity lessons.
- Team Teach restraint training is an advantage, but must be willing to undertake the restraint training course.
- Experience with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, ADHD, complex needs, ASD, and communication difficulties.
- Passionate about teaching students with special educational needs.
- Valid DBS on update service.
- Must have full time availability with no restrictions.
