PK Education are working with a secondary school in Sheffield who are looking to appoint an experienced Pastoral Administrator to join their team from 1st June 2026. This is a busy and varied school-based role, combining pastoral administration responsibilities with support on the school’s main reception desk. The school are looking for someone organised, professional, and confident dealing with both students and parents in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the pastoral team and wider school staff, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of student services and front-of-house operations.
The Role
- Supporting the pastoral team with day-to-day administration
- Managing student-related queries and documentation
- Answering calls and liaising with parents, staff, and visitors
- Providing support on the school’s main reception desk
- Using school systems to maintain accurate records and information
- Supporting attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding administration where required
