PK Education are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated PPA Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sheffield on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups and subjects while providing high-quality cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. The successful candidate will be confident teaching across the primary age range, able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
