The Role
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Effectively manage classroom behaviour.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain high expectations for both achievement and behaviour.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (PGCE, BAEd, GTP, QTLS or ECT/NQT).
- A genuine passion for teaching and education.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and lesson delivery skills.
- A creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous classroom experience is desirable, but enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
