- English Tutor to join a specialist
SEN school supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs .
The successful candidate will deliver engaging English sessions, helping students develop their literacy skills, confidence and independence.
This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about supporting young people who may have experienced barriers to education.
Responsibilities
- Have experience delivering
English teaching or tutoring .
- Be confident supporting students with
SEMH, SEND and additional needs .
- Be able to build positive relationships and engage reluctant learners.
- Have strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs and abilities.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week.
