PK Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and committed English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in County Durham after May half term. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a strong ECT looking to work within a supportive and successful English department.

The Role
- Teaching English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress

- Full-time role running until the end of the academic year
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners of all abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
