The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Design & Technology Teacher with experience teaching Resistant Materials. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school and make a real impact within a well-established DT department.
The Role
- Full-time DT teaching position
- Teaching Design & Technology / Resistant Materials
- Delivering engaging and practical lessons across the secondary age range
- Planning and preparing high-quality lessons
- Supporting students to develop their practical and theoretical DT skills
- Working collaboratively with the wider department and school staff
- Immediate/ASAP start
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Has experience teaching DT, particularly Resistant Materials
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Can deliver engaging, practical and well-structured lessons
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Is passionate about Design & Technology and student development
- Can commit to a full-time position
