PK Education are seeking an experienced, resilient, and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team of a SEN school in Newcastle. About the Role
As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s culture, driving improvements in behaviour, attendance, and inclusion, and supporting the Headteacher in leading the school through continued development and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on behaviour, culture, and attendance strategies to improve student outcomes
- Support the Headteacher with the strategic leadership and day-to-day running of the school
- Provide visible, consistent leadership, modelling high expectations for staff and students
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff working in challenging classroom and pastoral settings
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions
