As part of this commitment, we are currently recruiting dependable and hardworking School Cleaners to join our bank team, providing cover across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Milton Keynes. This flexible role is ideal for anyone looking for work that fits around existing commitments, with both short-term and long-term assignments available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, dining halls, and other communal areas to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
  • Use cleaning equipment and products safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Complete cleaning duties in line with site-specific schedules and instructions.
  • Empty bins, replenish consumables, and ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Report any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or damages to the Site Manager or Supervisor.

Suitable candidate:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full guidance will be provided.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
