Temp to Perm Opportunity September Start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher for a September start, with a temp to perm opportunity at a supportive and inclusive school.

Essential Requirements:

  • A good degree in a Maths-related discipline and QTS
  • Strong subject knowledge up to GCSE and/or A Level
  • Proven track record of positive student outcomes
  • Recent and relevant classroom experience
  • Confident in a range of teaching and learning strategies
  • Skilled in assessment at KS3 and KS4
  • Strong understanding of curriculum developments in Maths
  • Excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations
  • Confident with ICT and data-driven to raise attainment
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and student-focused
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians

Desirable:

  • Leadership experience, ideally in an Alternative Provision setting
  • Experience with assessment at KS5
  • Curriculum design and management experience
  • Proficiency with SMART Board or Promethean technology
