Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience and secure teaching opportunities from September 2026? We are supporting schools across Leeds and Wakefield with recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECTs for supply, long-term and potential permanent opportunities across Primary and Secondary settings.

Supply teaching is a fantastic way to build confidence, gain experience in different school environments and find the right school fit for you.

We are recruiting for:

  • Day-to-day supply cover
  • Short-term teaching assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned and engaging lessons
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and learning expectations
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings
  • Follow safeguarding and school procedures

Requirements:

  • QTS or pending QTS status
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • A flexible and professional approach
