Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Autism, complex needs, and additional learning requirements? We’re working closely with a number of inclusive schools and specialist provisions across Doncaster, where demand for high-quality SEND support is growing rapidly. These are not short-term cover roles; they are consistent, long-term placements where you can truly make a difference.

We’re recruiting for:

  • SEND Teaching Assistants (1:1 & small group support)
  • ASD Support Workers
  • Complex Needs & Inclusion Support Staff
  • Behaviour & Pastoral Support Assistants

Across mainstream schools with specialist provisions and dedicated SEND settings. Experience supporting children with ASD, complex needs or SEND (school or care background welcomed).

Requirements:

  • Calm, patient and confident in supporting learning and emotional regulation
  • Willingness to learn and develop through training & CPD
  • Passion for inclusion and helping young people thrive

Competitive pay (AWR compliant): £12.07 - £14.43 per hour
