Cover Supervisor/TA

A Sheffield School are looking for a couple new members of staff, which would be a combination of Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor\\n\\nYou will need to be passionate, enthusiastic and most importantly adaptable!\\n\\nAre you right for this role?\\n\\nIf you are a Graduate, have experience of working with or volunteering with children, this could be the PERFECT role for you.\\n\\nWhat will you be doing?\\n\\nThe Cover Supervisor part; you will be expected to take full responsibility for managing classes in any given subject area (where possible you will be matched with subject areas that you already have experience in).  You will be expected to effectively manage behaviour and to ensure pupil safety.  Candidates will also be expected to leave the classroom in order and to leave a lesson summary for the returning teacher.\\n\\nThe Teaching Assistant part; you will be required to work 1:2:1 and support pupils. There will also be some small group led by you to assist the needs of the individuals/groups.
