Your role will include: Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students complete work set by their teacher. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning environment. Giving clear instructions and supporting students with their learning. Working with subject departments and supporting the wider school team as needed. Following school policies to help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. What we’re looking for: A minimum of one year’s experience as a Cover Supervisor in a school setting. Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class.
