PK Education are recruiting for a Trauma-Informed SEND Support Assistant to work within specialist and mainstream provisions supporting pupils with additional needs from September 2026. This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting:
- SEMH
- Autism
- ADHD
- Behavioural needs
- Emotionally dysregulated pupils
We are looking for individuals who understand the importance of consistency, relationship building and emotional regulation strategies within the classroom.
The role may involve:
- 1:1 support
- Small group intervention
- Behaviour support
- Classroom transition support
- Nurture-based approaches
Experience within schools, care, youth work, residential support or mentoring is welcomed.
