At PK Education, we are looking for experienced Cover Supervisors and dedicated school support staff who are passionate about working in education and supporting young people to achieve their potential.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-set work
- Maintain a focused learning environment
- Uphold behaviour standards throughout the lesson
Requirements:
- Strong and confident behaviour management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and professional individuals
- Educated to a minimum of degree level (or equivalent)
- At least 6 months' experience working within a UK classroom environment
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and education
