We are looking for passionate and exceptional individuals to work with us at some amazing schools in Birmingham. No qualifications required, we value any experience working alongside children or within a school setting! This rewarding role is to start after the February Half Term on a flexible, temporary work basis.
Teaching Assistant responsibilities
- You will be expected to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may require additional academic and/or behavioural support.
- You will be expected to support the teaching and learning by working under the class teacher's guidance to deliver material and interventions.
- You will be expected to support and follow the school's policies and procedures.
- You will be given support and guidance on how to do this.
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant role you should have:
- Relevant experience working alongside children within a school or care environment.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.
- A genuine passion for education and learning.
