As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you won’t just support learning — you’ll help create a safe, inspiring environment where pupils feel understood, valued, and empowered. You will:
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and meaningful learning
- Support pupils with reading, writing, and classwork
- Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support development
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide personalised support
- Assist with behaviour management in a nurturing and positive way
- Observe pupils and contribute to learning records

About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally supportive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with children with additional needs.
Essential:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant
