As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning by delivering pre-planned lessons during teacher absences. You'll work across a variety of subjects, supervising classes, maintaining positive behaviour, and supporting students to remain engaged with their learning. The Role

  • Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absence
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain on task

  • Supporting students with questions relating to the work set
  • Recording attendance and reporting any concerns to teaching staff
  • Assisting with other school duties where required, including exam invigilation
