Salary: £165–£230 per day, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time | Fixed-term

PK Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a secondary school in the Wakefield area, commencing January 2027.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity, ideal for a qualified teacher who is confident delivering engaging Mathematics lessons and supporting pupils across the secondary age range.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Take responsibility for planning, preparation, teaching and assessment.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet varying abilities.
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Mathematics department.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Mathematics within a UK secondary school.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management.
- Is committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress.
- Is available for a full-time position from January 2027.
