Responsibilities:
- Expense management - tracking, preparing and processing expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Project code creation - partnering with junior professionals to track, create and manage the life cycle of project codes.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate with other assistants, and confirm meetings with clients and internal colleagues.
- Arrange travel and reservations for professionals (e.g. flights, cars, hotels etc.), using good judgement with respect to timing and cost; assist with client travel as required.
- Provide general support on broader activities as needs arise, including support on reception, input on training programs and onboarding, new joiner orientation etc.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail; professional presence, positive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- The desire to work as part of a strong team.
- High level of integrity, sound judgement, and strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience a plus.
